A: Customers are responsible for any and all taxes, brokerage fees, customs fees, and duties that may be charged by their country of residence, by FedEx or by the postal service for shipping their purchase from the US to another country. These added fees are completely out of our control and cannot be determined in advance. We are unable to provide any support with international customs offices. The value of the package listed on the customs form will be the order total minus shipping. We will not accommodate any request to send the package at a lower value.
Please note if an international package is refused or the customer fails to pay the customs taxes, the package may be destroyed. In this case, no refund will be issued.
