A: Your order should ship within 1 to 2 weeks after ordering (specific delivery times for each shipping method below). If you do not receive your item(s) within this time frame, one or some of your items may have been backordered, in which case we will ship the remainder of your order to you or contact you. If the tracking states that it was delivered, please contact us within 10 days of the listed delivery date.
Please bear in mind Kung Fu Nation is a small, independent business. We do not have round-the-clock, infinite customer service resources, but we do have a representative who answers emails between packaging and shipping merchandise. Thank you for your patience.

We are not responsible for packages that arrived damaged when shipped via Media Mail. Please also note that mail forwarding does not apply to Media Mail. If you have not received your package and have changed your address, please contact us immediately. We are not responsible for returned packages due to outdated shipping addresses.
USPS FIRST-CLASS - 3-5 Days transit after processing time.
USPS PRIORITY MAIL (including Flat Rate Envelope) - 1-3 Days transit after processing time.
