A: All issues must be brought to our attention within 30 days of receiving the order. Please contact us at email@example.com with details of the defect or damage and include images if possible. Once we receive all required information, we will be in touch with how to proceed.
If your item was damaged in transit, we are not responsible for packages shipped with any shipping method other than USPS Priority Mail (Domestic). International orders are not guaranteed. If you choose to have your package shipped Internationally, First Class, or Media Mail and it does not arrive, we will not issue a credit or reship any items.
