Q: Do You Ship to My Country?

A: We do accept orders from all countries but had to remove some from the drop down menu. There are 2 reasons for this:
1. We receive numerous fraudulent orders from specific countries. Manual orders can be placed for these countries. Please note, PayPal is the only accepted form of payment in certain cases.
2. We have numerous issues with customs such as many customers never receiving their orders. We highly recommend choosing USPS Priority Mail International even though it can be rather pricey. USPS Priority Mail International is a reliable and trackable method. If an item is undelivered or lost, we can launch an investigation with the USPS to help locate the package. With USPS First Class International, while cheaper, if a package is lost or arrives damaged, there is nothing we can do. We just want to make sure that our customers are aware of our limitations due to USPS rules. Of course, you are free to choose whichever shipping method you prefer.
