A: We are able to cancel any order upon customer request within 24 hours of an order being placed. The cancellation of any order totaling over $50 will be subject to a 5% fee to cover bank fees associated with issuing the refund. If you need to update your shipping address, please email us at info@kungfunation, and as long as the shipping label hasn't been created, we can update the shipping address on the original order without the customer needing to cancel and place a new order.
Please note cancellation requests will not be honored for items that are made to order.
