A: These zip files are quite large--on a relatively new computer (less than 1 year old), each zip file said the download would take 15 minutes. The servers providing the files are Amazon's servers and they reliably deliver the files but some ISPs (on the customer's end) will disconnect during the process for a variety of reasons. If your download stalls for a period of time that is obviously problematic, we suggest shutting your web browser, reopening and trying again. We would also suggest downloading only one file at a time (or avoid doing too much web browsing while you download), to prevent any download timeouts.
