A: During our busier times, when an item is out of stock, we may make the decision to remove it from your order and issue a refund, especially if it is a sale item or there are no plans to restock the item. This helps expedite shipping any remaining items on your order so that packages can be received more quickly. Due to the volume of orders we receive, we are sometimes unable to contact all customers for order modifications. We apologize for the inconvenience but we prefer to give our customers the opportunity and time to make other gift arrangements if affected.
